Contour Housing Group is one of the North West ’s largest registered social landlords, and has over 20,000 properties under its ownership and management across 27 local authorities. The company has over 15 remote offices connected to their Head Office in Salford Quays, Manchester via a combination of virtual private network (VPN) and leased line connections, all provided by OciusB2.

OciusB2 has provided and managed Contour Housing’s wide area network (WAN) since 2003. Contour Housing uses the network to manage all mission critical ERP systems, as well as internet and email access. In addition OciusB2 provides and manages their internet content filtering system and internet firewall security.

AIMES Grid Services CIC is a social enterprise which provides digital inclusion and enterprise services with the aim of transforming local communities and stimulating economic growth in the Liverpool city region. One of AIMES’ key projects to is provide a managed computing platform and internet access to around 5,000 households in communities whose residents are often digitally and socially excluded.

OciusB2 are network partner for AIMES and provides a wireless (WiMax) based infrastructure that delivers high bandwidth internet access into homes into these communities. OciusB2 also provides network security in terms of internet content control and anti-spam/anti-virus services.

Progressive Solutions International is a company that provides a range of business software solutions to builders merchants, timber merchants, other suppliers within the construction sector. They employ some 130 worldwide with offices in UK and North America. OciusB2 have supplied Progressive Solutions with internet connectivity for over 8 years.
